Description du poste

Creative Talents Management:
• Monthly coordination with Fashion Group Brands HR teams to establish the monthly report
• Database update and management
• Follow up on spontaneous applications
• Participation in the scouting of junior designers
• Participation in the organization of school visits and recruitment days in Europe
• Participation in the recruitment of the future creative talents management intern

• Identifying the best practice in terms of worldwide retail design concept, curation and experience
• Proposition of a selection of contemporary artists, architects, product designers, musicians who influence the industry
• Scouting of new talents from independent fashion weeks (Seoul, Tiblisi, Tokyo, Sao Paolo, etc…)
• Participation in the organization of scouting trips during Fashion Weeks

Projects Fashion Group:
• Realization of research books according to needs
• Assist with the corresponding data analysis

Duration: 6 months

Rigorous, organized and proactive you are ready to commit and engage in different missions in which you will demonstrate reactivity, dynamism and curiosity.

Description de l'expérience recherchée

Studying or Graduating with an MA and showing a special knowledge and/or interest in fashion, art, design and architecture, you have a strong organizational, analytical and synthesis skills.

• Mid-term or end of studies internship sponsored by the school with an official Internship Agreement.
• To be fluent in French and English, written, read and spoken is a must.
• Very Strong Microsoft skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• You have previous work/internship experience
